Working with Amedeo and his trades was a creative collaboration which achieved a wonderful home. There was not a single surface which was not touched by this 4 month renovation. Every detail of design and function was carefully considered and the result is a home that is a pleasure to live in everyday. Not only is it beautiful, it is functional. Everything works! Lots of homes have the "wow factor" but not the "works factor". We have both, and it makes a huge difference.

We were familiar with Amedeo's excellent work, having seen two homes he had recently completed for friends, so when we bought an old home in need of major renovations, he was our first choice. We just finished the project and have recently moved in and we can honestly say that we enjoyed the process from beginning to end. Amedeo took the time up front to get to know our family, our needs, personal tastes and how we use our space. This proved very helpful as we were downsizing and wanted to utilize all of the space in our new home to the fullest. Throughout the process Amedeo provided creative solutions and the end result is exactly what we wanted.

Amedeo was onsite every day and brought in first rate sub-trades for every job. We received regular communication updates and the project remained on schedule and on budget throughout. His office administration is extremely competent and highly professional and their financial management and tracking of expenses to budget is excellent. We always knew exactly where we stood which made decision making very simple.

I would not hesitate to recommend Amedeo and his team for a design/build or renovation project. He is passionate about what he does and is an absolute pleasure to work with!

Although the new home that we purchased from Amedeo Barbini was not designed for us specifically, it might as well have been! The layout of the rooms, the classic yet clean styling, the top-of-the-line materials, and the attention to detail were all immediately apparent the first time we saw this home. We knew that we wanted it for ourselves. Concern for the environment as expressed through the EnerStar rating was also an important factor for us. Although as a former developer, I have personally built hundreds of homes, I could not improve upon Mr. Barbini's work had I undertaken this project myself.
