This 7800+ square-foot home was built as an ENERGY STAR, GreenHouse, and Green is 50 Builders' Challenge accredited project. It is equipped with solar paneling and in-floor heating. It is also among the first homes in North York to include a rainwater harvesting system for irrigation and indoor nonpotable water.
